its wednesday! the first day to actually do some foreign exchange with the schools there! our destination was the HongKong IVE Chai Wan campus.. we got ready and left the hotel... and the bus ride was actually pretty short, but most off us dozed off in the bus! lol...
we reached the place.. and there was this guy who came out to welcome us... followed by some really good-looking students! maybe they were'nt very good looking, but they sure knew how to dress up! it was like a fashion parade!! everything they wore were more bold then the next! it was fabulous! noone here could actually wear stuffs like that and pull it off like they did! fer real!
we were told to follow them into a room... immediately Kelvin, Kenny and i followed this girl, whose name was Emily.. all of us sat in the room and then the guy started talking and showing us a video of the school... i fell asleep!!
after the video, Kelvin nudged me so hard i nearly died! we sat there, 24 of us, bored beyond human possibilities! and then started the tour! there was this guy, Norman, who was wearing a collation of different outfits, combined together with khaki pants! he was oh-so-fashionable! Kelvin took a glipse of his shoes and said "OMG! i want THOSE!" LOL...
so we got started, first by mingling in the room itself, and then proceeded to the classrooms and lecture halls. the school was nice... i mean, it's CHINA! i was impressed... the girls were actually kinda hot!! lol... some even taller than me! looking like Victoria's Secret models on a runway show! they had ASS and BOOBS! *faints*
we walked around the different rooms, and then went into the drama room! there was a make-up studio in there which were full of students dressing up! we saw them in their actual state, and then in the "glam" conditions! i took pics! of their face... they prolly hate me now! LOOL!!
so we walked around more and got tired... it was lunch time! and the girls brought us for lunch... the canteen was full... as in, if u consider food junction full if u can't get a seat, think again! this is no place to enter ok! lol... so the girls brought us to their restaurant in their school! and the embience was awesome! the food, even better!! there were 10 of us... Da fei, Kel, Kenny, Ranie, Nora, Wendy, cock-hock-sock-kong-song-hong (whatever her name was), Vincent, the two girls from china and me! i sat beside Emily! Kel nearly committed murder! hahahhah... k then they ordered, cez they knew what was nice... and the food came! it was FAN-TAS-TIC!! best food of the whole entire trip i feel!! there was no goose, no organs, no foetus!! it was just.. FOOD!
we downed the food and then paid... the guys paid, and refused to accept the girls from paying... since Emily and her friend were so nice to show us around..lol! Wendy and cock-hock-sock-kong-song-hong tried their best to slip the $$ into Kel's porter bag and the china students also insisted...lol! they were chasing us and we refused! lol.. what kind gentlemen we were! lol... then Wendy got the chance to put the money into Kel's bag... and they ran away... we passed the money to Nora to ask her to give back to them...lol! hahah... the china girls humbly said "THO XA!" hahhahaha.. which is my new favourite word! lol...
k then we exchanged email adds and phone numbers as a few of us had local sim cards... Norman was the only one whom i took down... and he had most of our numbers... Kel, me, Nora, Kenny and Ranie all came to the decision of going to the IFC mall! which is a place for high-end fashion! uber sexaye aiight!
the bus brought us to the hotel, and we were so shagged from the stuffs that happened the day, and i wanted to do my hair... so basically, we were planning to go some place nearer... and then, just as we were planning, Caleb called my room cez Norman called him to ask all of us out for dinner!! omgosh! how nice is he?!?! so we got ready to meet the china students again... this time, without teachers or lecturers... it was our bonding time! lol...
i went to the salon as soon as we got Caleb's call and the rest had started getting ready.. i had done my hair like a week before the trip! and Jean Yip Platinum is fantastic! i love being pampered! =) i finally did it! i rebonded my indian hair! lol...
and it costs me less than 20 sing bucks! hahah... then i left the salon and the first thing i did was to buy a cap! lol... cez i was told not to wash my hair for 3 days to get the maximum effect... i bought a cap from the shop next to the salon and then went to meet the guys at Tsim Sha Tsui! Our hotel was in Causeway Bay... so i had to take the train to meet them.. thank goodness we all had local sim cards! lol... i went BY MYSELF to the train station and took the MTR and went to Tsim Sha Tsui! this btw is a great independance thing cez Nora and Ranie apparently keep losing me! lol... all the time! so i actually found my way around this time! lol.. i met Kelvin and Kenny with the rest... Caleb however, was missing... and then there was Norman, who mixed up me with Caleb! and he called me, although i was there, and asked "Caleb" where he is in chinese! and i replied! lol... only to realise we were talking to each other while standing beside!! lol... the rest had a wild laugh... then we started walking... and walking... and walking!!
and guess who we bumped into?? CALEB, YANG and DA FEI!! who were handphoneless and lost in HONGKONG! we were one ginormous group now! lol... Caleb, Yang, Da fei, Kel, Kenny, Vincent, Norman, Colene, Mei Ling, Leng, Zun and MANY MORE!! lol... raiding the streets of HONGKONG! lol... and the walk was actually abit tooo long!! heh! Kelvin and i were like agitated and anxious to see where the dinner place was... as it was taking a long time to get there... and of all the things in the world, Kel suddenly let out what sounded like a scream when he saw something accross the street... and i turned and it was... AGNES B! hhahhahahahhaha... and the shopping ctr was called Mirama! we had been to all the other Agnes b's so we had to go in there but the troop was just to large and people were already dispersing, so we passed by in resentment.. and continued walking..
and then FINALLY we reached the location... Caleb bought a *ehem* on the way and the rest showed us in to what might have been a hawker centre... it was actually..worse! i dunno what to call it... no word in my vocab can bescribe a place like THAT! Kel was like... "OMG! we walked so much for THIS?" and we all sat down... the food was ordered, and i initially didnt wanna eat... but then i was too hungry so i bought some chicken cake thingy... the spoons came and the guy threw it on the table! Kel took out a tissue and started wiping his profusely! HAHAH...and then mine..lol! the fella was like walking around with a dirty towel and hitting Kel and me on the back.. i was wearing Agnes b and Kel was wearing Fred Perry! how do u think we felt??
everytime the guy walked pass, we'll check each other's backs! hahaha... Caleb told me to try the thing that was there... i happily ate it cez it was like char siew.. and Kenny was like, "That's pig's organ"! omgoshhh!! like.. i didnt put it into my mouth and then thought, im in hongkong, i should act like a hongkie and just eat organs! so i chewed it and downed in and then ate Kel's food to get the taste of a pigs intestine or some other part of it out of my mouth! lol... *wack!*
finally, we could leave.. and this time, we didnt let Norman and his friends pay! lol.. we're too nice.. i know! =) we paid, and then left... there was a shopping centre, so we wanted to check it out.. Yang went to the toilet... Caleb found a shop that sold sugarcane, as in the stem! and bought one... he left it to the master, moi, to break it into a coupla pieces.. then we went into the shopping centre... there was a neoprint studio! lol... and many of us! hahahha... so guess what we did?! we took NEOPRINT! hongkong neoprint! lol... and there was about 20 people inside! dun ask how! just see!!
hahhah and then Caleb was getting worried... the hongkongers paid for the neoprint and i bought one of the copies for myself... although i can share it, i bought my own cez it was too nice to not buy it.. then we said bye to the honkies and bade goodbye.. Caleb, Kel, Kenny, Da fei and i got into a cab and rushed back to the hotel... the rest wanted to take the train cez they were in no hurry... in the cab i called Nora to help us check if Yang was in his room, cez he disappeared! and had no phone to contact him by... he was in his room thank goodness! and Caleb then called him from my phone tothe hotel line.. and then it stared, the scolding! Yang scolded Caleb so loudly and hung the phone up! we were so worried so we followed Caleb back to his room...
and told Mr Tse we were back and nitez! lol.. and then Caleb opened his door but Yang had latched it... and from there we heard "Fuck off la!" and more words...lol! and then we all went in... and came out once he was safely inside... to give them their time to be ok..lol! Yang thought we left intentionally without him...lol!
k while at the neoprint, we bought 19 donuts for Mei Ling as it was her birthday! and we wanted to surprise her! then we lit the candles and all of us, like 20 people got into the room and prepaired ourselves to barge in next door.. we were waiting in nora's room... and then we called her to see if she was bathing or not, and so she could open the door... Colene answered and said she'll sleep while Mei Ling opens the door..lol! and then we went over, Jocelyn blocked the peephole... and... SURPRISE!!! we all screamed in the corridor! at 1am! lol... ahahhahah...
we sang "happy birthday" in english and mandarin.. and i said "tho xa" after that! lol.. k then she had to find the candle inside the donut! lol.. with her mouth! hahha... k and then we returned to our room, and called it a nite! Kenny came over and talked... till about 4! lol... Kel slept cez he needed his beauty sleep! lol...
