it's the weekends!! and as i posted earlier, it's soccer day! hahhaha...
the guys said that the colour of the team was white, so that was what i had to use.. i woke up at 6 (which is earlier than going to work!) and got ready be 7.45.. my mumsie dropped me off at the busstop and i got off the car when ahravin called... since my sense of timing was punctual (as always), he called to ask me of my whereabouts... i told him that i had been at the busstop waiting for the bus for 20 mins when he said "don't lie! u probably got there less than five mins ago or your mom must have just dropped you off now"! and i was like, wtfff! hahaha... kkz so he knows me too well! lol..
the bus came and i reached woodlands ON TIME! lol... proceeded to sembawang where i met up with the gang! so besides the soccer gang, which consists of ahravin, nasri, siva, vinod and alot of nasri's friends, there was also two of siva's poly friends who came... and this is the thing! they're malayalee's just like me! how awesome! we did'nt have communication problems! haahah... so we all made pur way to the field at sembawang, which was really far...almost reaching siva's house! hahha...
then the guys went to change and it was left with me, ganesh (ahra's cousin), priyanka and shalini ( the two friends of siva's)... so it was'nt till then that i spoke to the girls.. haha! we found a gazebo to slack under... i was so glad nash was there coz i had'nt met him in months and i thought i would be craving for company! hahaha...
the match begun... priyanka, shalini, ganesh and i spoke crap the whole time.. we started talking in malayalam just to irritate nash... haha! and so he could guess what we were saying as it is pretty close to the tamil language.. hahaha! then we disturbed shalini by pairing her up with vinod! ahahahhahaha... and she eventually told us the name for "sister-in-law", which priyanka and i had no clue of, and since nash said he would call he "something else" if she did'nt tell... k so the something else aint for u guys to find out aiight! hahhahha.... neways, "sis-in-law" in malayalam is "mathani"! hahahha... and shalini responded to each of the million times we called her that! Lol... then the first half ended and the boys came back... usually, they would be discussing happily about how to play the second half.. this time, there seemed to be many problems with the opponents.. vinod being kicked from the back and ahravin on the verge of fighting them were just some... we left the guys and the four talking crap people decided to make good use of ourselves and buy drinks for the exhausted players... then they did they ventings out and left for the second half.. this time, priyanka and i decided to go the field itself and watch the match.. we left after 3 mins! hahhahhaa... and then, while crapping away, we saw siva was on the field flat down with people grabbing his legs... nash and i went over to see what happened and it was just a little cramp... so we wannad to bring him back to the gazebo but he literally could'nt move his legs.. then nash said he'll carry him over, which was actually a pretty good idea! the thing was, i did'nt know how he was gonna carry him so i helped by carrying siva's legs when nash just threw him over his shoulders like a sling bag!! HAHAHHAHA!!! it was the funniest thing that could have happened the entire day! the guys came back defeated... their morales down and disappointed... siva went to extents of blaming the field! lol... but to me they played a good game! i'm still proud of them nevertheless! =)
we met tia on our way to sembawang and made our way to woodlands... there, we had lunch at banquet and did some catching up... we went to both the macs before making our way to banquet! lol.. nasri's friend faizal joined us... after lunch, i had to go to vivo to meet priya..
i reached vivo and was walking in when i saw a jacqueline, my cousin! she and brian were leaving vivo when i was just entering... haha! i was talking to them and then priya turned up... so then my cuz's left and we made our way into the ginormous shopping paradise! we walked around the place for a lil while and then on the terrace and decks... it was nice! =)
since we were already there, i decided to pop by into starbucks to find my bestie, athena and my polymate, ain... i did'nt see either... instead, i saw alex and farhana! hahaha.. then we continued walking around and went to the theatres to catch a movie... we bought the tix for "awake" and went to carl's jr till it started... it was vivo, and my craving was calling! lol.. (err.. don't think dirty people!)... SHOPPING!! hahhahha...
we went into like, three quaters of the shops and found some nice stuff.. i bought a tee from nike and after paying and leaving the counter, i saw this other tee!! knowing myself, i took it and went back to the counter and got that one as well! =)
and then the movie started! it was a different type of movie.. extremely gruesome and disgusting...but the story line was great! hahhaahah ok that might have sounded wierd...Lol! i'm not gonna tell u much about the movie and spoile the thrill.. go watch it! it's nice.. =) "awake" starring hayden christenson and jessica alba! one of the f**king hottest people alive! or should i say.. "awake"! hahhahah... the movie ended at around 9ish and the shops were still open.. though it being a really long day, its not everyday i go to vivo so we shopped around a lil more.. thank goodness for that!! cez if not i would'nt have known about zara's new stuff! i bought lotsa tee's there! the long-sleeved ones... hahah! i liked this one grey tee but priya said the brown one would be nicer.. so i decided to try both on.. there was noone at the entrance of the fitting room so i presumed i could just walk in... i went to the end and pulled the last curtain open and to my horror, there was a guy, more then semi-nude, inside!! u dun wanna noe the parts that were exposed! anyone would have yelped or screamed but he just smiled to the mirror, who's refection i could see! he was smiling at ME! with the fright i had, i came back alive and said "omgg! i'm so sorrieee"and left the fitting rooms! i bought both the stuffs in the end...lol! priya looked at me claiming i looked freaked out.. as if i saw a ghost or something... and my reply was just "worse"! hhahaahha... we then left vivo and made our ways home... =)
it was a loooooooong day! but everything in it was above fun.. with the exception of the gruesome parts in the movie and a flashing stud at zara!
